Hand carved and burnt bind rune symbolising “Protection” amulet on faux suede cord.
This symbol is created by combining 2 or more runes from the Futhark alphabets. This was used by vikings powerful symbols to harness the magic they desired.

I hand carved this amulet using just a pocket knife to create the rustic shape. Then adding the symbol using a palm chisel and defining the lines with a traditional deep burn using pyrography technique.
Once treated with mineral oil I threaded it onto a piece of faux suede to wear around your neck so it is always close to you. It is adjustable so will fit you just right.
